My name is Anika Scalisi. I am a psychologist (M.Sc.), a licensed practitioner for psychotherapy (HeilprG), a psychotherapist in training (CBT), and a trainee traffic psychologist, as well as a member of the DGVT.
Over the past years, I have accompanied many people through different phases of life — through crises, transitions, and times of inner reorientation.
My background in music therapy continues to enrich my work: it strengthens my intuitive and creative approach and has sharpened my sensitivity for what remains unspoken, for subtle nuances, and for the quiet undertones in the stories my clients share.
What shapes my therapeutic attitude is a clear structure, a calm and safe atmosphere, and a deep trust in the potential every person carries within themselves.
It is important to me that you feel seen and supported in finding direction again — whether in psychotherapeutic work, psychological counseling, or MPU preparation.
I work online, flexibly and in a solution-oriented way.
Sessions can be held in German, Dutch, English, or Italian.
My aim is to accompany you step by step toward greater stability, understanding, and inner confidence.
“The person has within himself the capacity for self-understanding…and the potential for growth.”
— Carl Rogers
“There is a crack in everything. That’s how the light gets in.”
— Leonard Cohen
